To create an account, click the ‘Login’ or ‘Sign Up’ button in the website header. You’ll need to provide your email address and choose a password. Once registered, you can log in any time to view your orders and manage your details.
Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to set a new password.
You can update your details within your account profile at any time. However, if you need to change the address for a current order, please contact us immediately at support@vakhraa.com, as changes may not be possible after shipping begins.
Once logged in, go to your account dashboard and click ‘Order History’ to view the status and details of your previous orders.
