Serviceable Areas
Vakhraa ships orders across India via Envia, a reliable shipping and logistics provider partnering with leading courier networks. Orders to certain remote or restricted regions may be subject to additional verification, delays, or surcharges, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM IST are processed and handed over to Envia within 24-48 Hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after this cutoff are processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro city deliveries are typically completed within 3 to 7 working days after handing over to Envia. For non-metro and remote locations, delivery may take 5 to 10 working days or longer, depending on Envia’s network reach and conditions beyond our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, product weight, and order value, as determined by Envia’s shipping rates. Any free shipping offers are displayed on the Website when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, Envia will generate a tracking number and link. You will receive this information via email or SMS. You can monitor your order’s status using Envia’s tracking system. Please ensure you provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Orders
Envia’s delivery partners generally attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Any added costs for repeat shipping or order cancellation will be communicated to you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your package at the time of delivery. For damage, tampering, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours at support@vakhraa.com, providing relevant photographs and details. We will coordinate with Envia to investigate and, if found eligible, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
