REFUND POLICY
Returns and Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. Initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving the order. Items such as customized products, intimate apparel, or those marked “Non-Returnable” are excluded from return or exchange.
Return Process with Envia
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@vakhraa.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return, along with photographs if relevant. Upon approval, Envia will handle reverse logistics: we will provide instructions or schedule a pick-up via Envia’s reverse shipping service. You may receive a shipping label or further directions per Envia’s process.
Refund Procedure
After the returned item is received and inspected at our facility via Envia’s return service, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you desire an exchange, state your size or product preference in your return request. Exchanges depend upon stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be processed as described above.
Partial Refunds and Deductions
Where items are returned in a less than original condition or without proper tags, our inspection team may issue a partial refund or reject replacement as permitted by policy.
